Diane Hartman is the parent of two children that suffer from multiple food allergies. Diane was previously the senior chat host for www.DrKoop.com and co-moderator of Parent's of Food Allergic Kids (POFAK). Currently, she moderates the Food Allergy Kitchen yahoo group. Diane's book, The Food Allergy Kitchen Cookbook, and website were recently recognized in Dr. Robert Wood's, renowned pediatric allergist at John Hopkins, new book Food Allergies for Dummies. Her book & website were noted as being one of the ten best resources for individuals with food allergies. She has also contributed to various other publications, including Dr. Lisa Lewis's Special Diets For Special Kids II & the UK's AiA Gluten & Dairy Free Cookbook. In addition, she has experience working as a consultant for Miss Roben, d.b.a. Allergy Grocer, a company that specializes in allergen free foods. She has provided her expertise in technical support and product development.
